Terms of service
This document sets out what the service sells, on what terms access is opened and what the two sides agree to. Paying means accepting these terms.
Seller not provided
Who sells
The seller is a sole proprietor registered in the Russian Federation. The full details are collected on the seller details page.
The service is called LeakLab and runs at leaklab.app.
What is sold
A subscription — access to the portal for the period stated in the plan: the solver, the preflop trainer, screenshot recognition with opponent notes, and leak reports.
A leak report — a document prepared from the hand histories the client sends or uploads, which stays with the client for good.
A recognition pack — screenshots on top of the subscription monthly allowance. A pack lasts until the end of the calendar month it was bought in.
Price and currency
Every item is priced in US dollars. The client chooses the currency the card is charged in.
When the charge is not in dollars, the rate is frozen when the order is created and stored with it. The amount shown on the payment page does not change afterwards.
Fees charged by the bank that issued the card, and that bank's own conversion costs, are neither set nor covered by the seller.
How the agreement is made
Pressing the pay button creates an order: what is being bought, for whom and at what price. Paying that order means accepting this document.
The payment link lasts a limited time. If it has expired, a new order is created; an order that is already paid is unaffected.
When access opens
Access opens once the payment provider has confirmed the payment, which usually takes a few minutes.
Until the confirmation arrives the billing page says the payment is being processed. If no confirmation arrives at all, the portal asks the provider about the order itself and finishes it.
How long it lasts
A subscription runs from the day the payment lands, for the period stated in the plan.
A second payment extends the period rather than replacing it: two months paid for are two months.
What the service does and does not promise
LeakLab is a tool for studying and analysing your own play. It works out statistics from the hands you send or upload, shows solver decisions and drills preflop decision-making.
The service promises no result at the table. It does not play for the client, does not advise during a live game and does not predict how a hand will end.
The service is not gambling, takes no bets and holds no gaming funds.
Refunds
The refund terms are set out on their own page and form part of this document.
