Refunds

How money is returned for a subscription, a leak report or a recognition pack.

How to ask for a refund

By e-mail to the address in the seller details, or through the support section inside the portal. The date and the amount of the payment are enough — the seller finds the rest.

How long it takes

A request is considered within ten calendar days of being received.

How the money comes back

The seller issues the refund in the payment provider's own dashboard. The money returns to the card it was paid with: the payment system does not allow it to be sent anywhere else.

How long it takes to land depends on the bank that issued the card and is outside the seller's control.

A full refund

The whole amount comes back. The access that payment bought is withdrawn: the subscription is shortened by exactly the period paid for, and the monthly recognition allowance is recomputed.

A partial refund

Part of the amount comes back. Access is left alone — the subscription period and the allowances stay as they were.

What has already been used

Nothing is taken back retroactively. If some of the recognitions have been spent, the future allowance is reduced and the work already done stays with the client.

A leak report already delivered stays with the client even after the money for it is returned.

When there is no refund

For a payment that is not in the portal history, and for a request in which the seller cannot identify the payer.
