Privacy policy
What the portal keeps about a client, what it needs it for and what happens to it.
Seller not provided
What is kept
The e-mail address and the password — the password only as an irreversible hash.
The table screenshots and hand histories the client uploads, and the opponent notes built from them.
The order and payment history: amount, currency, date and the provider's own transaction identifier.
Technical records of sign-ins and of administrator actions.
What it is for
To open the access that was paid for, to show the client his own notes and reports, to answer in support and to count the paid period correctly.
Card data
The card number, its expiry date and its verification code never reach the portal and are never stored on it: the payment happens on the provider's side.
The portal's pages load no third-party scripts — neither payment scripts nor analytics.
Who the data is shared with
The payment provider — the amount, the currency and the order number. The mail service — the recipient address and the text of the letter.
Nobody else. Client data is not sold and is not handed over for advertising.
Cookies
The portal keeps a session, the chosen language and the chosen theme in the browser. There are no third-party analytics counters on the portal.
How long it is kept and how to have it deleted
Data is kept while the account exists. On a written request the account and the uploaded files are deleted.
Payment records the seller is obliged to keep stay after the account is deleted — tax accounting requires it.
Getting in touch
By e-mail to the address in the seller details.
